Name of company/service: LG Air Conditioner
I had purchased an LG split AC two years back. However all of a sudden the ac stopped fucntioning. Upon calling the helpline the representative came and checked and said that there is a gas leakage and the machine needs to be taken to the service centre and repaired. The total cost of the same being around 7 -8k.
I fail to understand how can such a big brand LG hav a product whose shelf life is so short but the product cost is so high and how come without checking wat is the fault can the machine be taken to the service centre. i want to teach these guys a lesson and require your help on the same.
