We had purchased LG 245 Ltr Refrigerators from M/s. Joshi Electronics ,Modinagar , vide their bill no.21/1026 dated 17.08.2011. From day one it was observed that there was crack in its internal shelf body and same was informed to the dealer but till date it can not be replaced or repaired by the LG. Various complaints have been made to your service centre in this reference vide complaint No.120620014051 dt. 05.06.2012, 120627048739 dt. 27.6.2012, 120706088518 dt. 06.07.2012. Kindly note that the above freeze was having manufacturing defect which was not rectified till today despite several complaints.
Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
