I have purchased Splendor Plus in August 2008. I have purchased a policy from Bajaj Allianz in April 2011 where they have defined IDV value as Rs.30,000/-. This policy expired in April 2012. Now, I have taken new policy from ICICI Lombard, where it has mentioned IDV value shown only Rs.19,000/-. I am not getting proper response for details. And the IDV value supposed to be Rs.27,000/-. The very purpose of having insurance is lost. Please help.
