Lenovo service failure

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Lenovo laptop in month of January 2012 and specifications of my laptop is 4GB Ram and 320 GB Hard disk but supplied Laptop is with 2GB Ram i complain to the shop on same day and they replaced with another laptop. Actual thing the model which i taken is comes with 4GB only but they altered the RAM with 2GB RAM in shop. After few months i got problem with my laptop and informed to the same shop they taken my laptop on 2nd June for services but they given my laptop to authorized service center on 18th June after so many times followup and i got my laptop on 28th June . Now problem is while i given my laptop for service in PC World i handed over Laptop, Adapter, Bag.. After i received my laptop i checked my items my adapter is got changed with another one informed same to the PC world they said it exchanged with another one, now they taken existing adapter as well still not returning my original one. Saying its takes time iam really fed up with this services. Please help me on this to get back my things.
