Lenovo not giving refund or replacement for defective phone

I bought Lenovo K6 power through Flipkart. It was defective and flipkart replaced it. Second again went defective after week. Flipkart refused to replace and it asked to approach Lenovo service.

Lenovo service center, Indira Nagar Bangalore, claimed they changed the mother board but it did not help and I gave it back to the service center. They could not fix the issue. Lenovo said the problem is with Airtel !!! I have multiple Airtel connection and do not have any issue and the same SIM card works in other phones. Just to be sure I Airtel changed the sim card but that did not help. I refused to take back the phone unless the issue is fixed. Lenovo finally agreed to replace it when I filed complain with consumer helpline.

I submitted the accessories and I was promised that the phone will be returned in 10 days. They are now saying that they do not have the stock and not giving me either the refund or replacement of the phone. It has been one month now and they are not responding to the mails also.

It has been now 4 months since I gave the phone to Lenovo service center at Indira Nagar Bangalore. I see many customers with new boxes of the phones of various models facing the various issues.

Do not buy any product from Chinese companies. They are cheats !
