DEAR SIR,

I have purchased 32″ LED Make Sony from Vijay Sales at Peetam Pura, Delhi on 08th May 2011.

In the month of November, 2011, HD Mi Port not Supporting, and we have complasint for the same to the company customer care and their engineer visited and he told that one part will be replaced. The company have taken more than three weeks time for the same. Finaly they replaced the part on 4th December, 2011.

In the month of June, 2012 we have facing the same problem than we lodge the complaint and the company told the visit will be chargeable.

On the advice of company technician we are operating the set on Vedio Mode.

on 7th July NO Picture on screen, we lodge the complaint for the same to the company as well as the dealer name VIJAY SALES, PEETAM PURA on 8th July, 2012.

I have incurred the heard hearted money to purchase the above mentioned LED SET and it seems that the said money go in vein on the response of the Sony India Ltd.

You are requested to advice me in the above mentioned problem.

An early reply/action in the same will be highly appreciated.
