I purchased a Videocon LCD model no.32 hurricane 8RM-0110, 01/09/11 from sterling enterprises, sanjay place, Agra (bill enclosed).

In the m/o December, I faced a problem of missing memory channels from channel 13 up to end. So I registered a complaint and got the complaint no. AGR3012110106 dated 30/12/2011, Videocon service representative came & resolve the problem by auto setting of channel.

Again, we faced the same problem of missing channels, so I regd. Complaint & got complaint no.AGR1401120185 dated 14/01/2012, Videocon service representative came & resolve the problem by same procedure of auto setting of channel.

Again, we faced the same problem of missing channels, so I regd. Complaint again & got complaint no. AGR2501120221 dated 27/01/2012, Videocon service representative came & resolve the problem by same procedure of auto setting of channels,& changed memory part too.

Again, we face the problem of missing channels with non working of remote, so I regd. Complaint again & got complaint no.AGR2402120185 dated 25/02/2012, Videocon service representative came & resolve the problem by same procedure of auto setting of channels, & remote problem by service remote & tried to rechange memory part too.

Again, we faced the same problem of missing channels, so I regd. Complaint & got complaint no. AGR2701210099 dated 01/03/2012, Videocon service representative came & resolve the problem by same procedure of auto setting of channel.

Again, we faced the same problem of missing channels, so I did not regd. Complaint & resolve the problem by the procedure of auto setting of channel at my own and informed the dealer also.

Again, we face the problem of non –working of push buttons. so I regd. Complaint & got complaint no 2404120089 dated 24/04/12, Videocon service representative came & said if you not use these buttons the problem will be persist again & again written document by Mr. Rakesh kumar, Videocon service representative and we also mentioned his comment on the customer service receipt.

We fully tried to cooperate with the company and dealer with full cooperation to resolve the problem but the problem still persist.

So this is the full story of your LCD I ‘m facing in just 8 months from purchase date.

So, please kindly try to understand the problem and replace the LCD.
