LATE SERVICE, INCONVINENCE AND HIDDEN TERMS & CONDITIONS

THIS THE SECOND TIME ONLINE COMPLAIN AGAINST THIS COMPANY FROM MY SIDE. DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE I AM SUFFERING FROM, I HAVE THE WARRANTY BILL UP-TO 24TH JULY 2012 BUT THEY ARE REPLYING ME THAT ITS FINISHED BUT I STILL HAVE MORE THAN 1 MONTHS, SECOND THE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER CALLING FOR DAYS AND DAYS THEY ARE RESPONDING ME WHEN I AM NEAR TO MY WARRANTY PERIOD. EVEN NOW ALSO THEY ARE ASKING FOR MONEY FROM ME, BECAUSE THE ISSUE IS NOT COVERED IN THEIR WARRANTY PLAN AND SERVICE, ALL THIS TYPE OF HIDDEN TERMS ARE ARISING NOW AT THE END, I HAVE COMPLAINED THREE TIMES BUT STILL THE PRINTER IS NOT WORKING FINE, ALL BECAUSE OF LACK OF INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ENGINEER.
