Subject LATE RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE
I am trying to call up at hitachi customer care since 3rd April for servicing of my air conditioner. I have spoken to customer care thrice every time i got excuse that the system is in updation mode, finally they lock the complain on 14th April’ 2013. Today executive came for servicing stating that this would be paid service
My concern is why i have to pay servicing charges when i have called your customer care on 3rd April. Now i want servicing to be done within the warranty period.
