Name of company/service: Standard Chartered Bank
I have standard chartered credit card account. I used to receive the e-statement every month to pay the card transaction amount. I didn’t receive the e-statement in april and I received the statement in the month of may where they added the late payment charges,service tax and others to it. So when I didn’t receive the statement in the month of april which is not my fault then why should I pay the late payment charges. I tried contacting customer care and 24*7 support where they are not responding to the queries.Could you please resolve this issue.
