Name of company/service: Reliance 3G
I have been constantly chasing Reliance 3G service providers to issue the bill for the 3G data card I have for my IPad. Its been 2 months since I have had the connection but haven’t received any bills till date. I have been constantly harassed by them to make payment. Which I have made but always with additional late payment charges. Earlier too had the same problem with Reliance netconnect and had discontinued with their service.
This looks like a money an extra money making business but not issuing bills and charging late payment fees to the customers.
I request you to please bring me some justice on this. I am at the loosing end as it is my hard earned money that is making Mr. Ambani rich.
