Last 2 years drain problem of semi automatic washing machine. Every 2nd or 3rd month drain problem arose

Name of company/service: Godrej washing machine semi automatic

the said machine frequently failure for drain problem last 2 and 1/2 yrs 30 complaints of drain problem itself.
hence either machine to be replaced or
permentaly solved the drain problem .
