Dear Sir,
I have purchased a new DELL Vostro Laptop-1200 on 12/04/2011,initially it was DOS loaded with system configuration mentioned below:
2 GB RAM,320 Gb hard disk with integrated webcam, but and on loading the Operating System at home, I found that it has only 160 gb hardrive withoutwebcam.
when I contacted again with seller for this issue he made me to visit the shop for more than 3 times and issue is not solved yet.
Due to this I diluted 3 days of my regular job shedule and faced mental harassment.
kindly do the need full, As the seller is wasting my invaluable time as well as creating mental trauma.
