Name of company/service: BSNL
My BSNL landline (033 24160935) is dead since 4 months. I have complained ( complaint number: 11575416192)several times, but no action so far has been taken. I even visited to area manager. He suggested me to wait one more week. Unfortunately, no action has been taken. However, BSNL keeps sending bills for the rent. Please help me regarding this matter.
