I had bought a Bajaj Water Pump couple of months ago. In recent it occurred leakage problem and for that I had made a complain to Bajaj motors on 22/05/2017 (Complain No 11945061) but still today 11/06/2017 no one came to repair it.Whenever I called them to ask why they are not coming they used to give me the no of some person and then suggest me to call them and said they will resolve my problem.I have talked to everyone, they only said We will send them within two days but all the times they lied to me.
Please help consumer forum. I’m literally frustrated from such fraud.
