I HVE 4 A.C IS UNDER AMC , NO IS–030085 , 030273 , 018396 , 013736..

AFTER COMPLAINING AGAIN AND AGAIN ON PHONE AND BY EMAIL , NO ANY RESPONSE IS COMING ,NO ANY GUY IS COMNG FRM L.G SIDE ….NOW MY ALL A.C AMC IS GOING TO BE EXPIRE……NOW WHAT IS THE USE OF SPENDING MY MONEY AS MY ALL A.C IS GOING TO BE EXPIRE …

I m very Disapointed with lg services …i think lg services is very bad service in the world ..i m soory to say this ..but i am helpless…..it has become two month and around 15 days to complain for my A.C problem and i hve complain many times by phone and mail but so far i could nt get any satisfactory response …….

the guys whoever is sitting in service station is just for there to making fool of customer i think…..

bcz frm two month 15 days ,engeenier are coming and not doing anything and says i will cme tmmrw bt they did nt come up….

i m now doing follow up with Mr Sudhakar( Sup) from one month bt he is unable to do my A.C get repaired …..bcz whenever i calls they pretends and says engeenier is absent ,again any reason ..some times they doesnt pick up the phones . sme times says i m nt on P.C will call u later bt never calls ……

so u r requested to pls do needfull on this ……………
I HVE GOT COMPLAINT NO-RNA120327038215, RNA120427030387, RNA120427030564,RNA120413008092 ITS ALL RUNING FRM TWO MONTH BUT NO ANY SATSFATORY RESULT CAME …..MY A.C STILL IS NOT OK …….

RECENTLY I GOT THESE NEW COMPLAINT NO IS BELOW. THEY ARE CANCELLED ALL THE COMPLAINT ONLY ONE A.C COMPLAINT THEY DID ….STILL 3 A.C IS PENDING ……
