L.G.A.C. not working

Respected Sir,

I have purchase 2 ton A.C. of LG since last month from prerna electronics, Sec.3, Faridabad. But it is not working. I have compaint to L.G.Customer care as well as prerna Electronic four time but all in vain.

I am in tension because I have not received any respone from the L.G.Service Center. I have my old age mother and two little childred all are facing lots of problem due to hot.
You are requsted to refund my money from LG. I dont want LG AC.
