My Vehicle met with an accident in may 2012. in Patna, as being a tax payer Indian and insurance payer for my vehicle. I’ve deposited my vehicle in Krish hyundai patna. initially they said it will be taken care of. but in the next few days dramaticaly they have rose the price of the costing adding lacks to it and asking for 3.27 lack ruipees for the servicing of the vehicle. they also organised with the insurance company, and now after one month my vehicle is still with them and they have done nothing with it saying we need money in advance for repair. that too in lacks. kindly help me for this.
