I have applied for a used car loan of Rs. 1lac to Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. in 2008, as per car dealer it will be take 2-3 day for same, next day I went to car dealer and pay them Rs. 80000 pay order and Rs. 20000 cash against my car, and I have received my car delivery.
I have given to Instruction to my dealer to cancelled that car loan, and also call Kotak Mahindra executive for same. When I got my RC from car dealer it shows HP of Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd.
I went Kotak Mahindra Prime delhi office and take NOC letter and removed HP on my Car RC, and as per their recent statement they gave me NOC before clear my Account.
On 08/07/2012 I want to buy new car and apply for loan I got shocked and surprised when Sunderam Finance executive told me my CIBIL rate is 570 and my overdue is Rs. 2Lac. That was my previous car Loan from Kotak Mahindra.
Kotak Mahindra done a blunder mistake our here they add Rs. 1lac in my car loan account instend off clear my car loan account of Rs. 1 Lac. It is priceless harassment.
Dear sir, from 08/07/2012 till 11/07/2012, I am calling again and again to Kotak Mahindra Consumer care No. 1800-2095-732, these people giving same replay ” Please call our delhi No. ” We are looking your matter and call you”, Still I don’t get any favorable replay from their side.
When I went Kotak delhi office, they not give me NOC give me my account statement which show ZERO balance of my Car loan,
When I insisted to meet any senior manager, they deny and tell me * THIS IS NOT OUR MISTAKE WHO TOLD YOU APPLY CAR LOAN AND WHEN YOUR LOAN IS READY WHY YOU STOP THAT LOAN, WE ARE SHARING ALL DATA TO CIBIL IF IN NOT CORRECT IT IS NOT OUR REPONSIBITY, IF YOU WANT GO CONSUMER CELL GO HEAD NOW THIS OUR DAILY PRACTICE IF YOU WANT TO CALL POLICE WE CAN DIAL THE NO.
I was apply my used car loan on 31 May 2008 and now July 2012 in this durcation what bank people are doing,
This incident shameless for Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. and showing irresponsible attitude of all senior working in Kotak Mahindra Prime,
How you people spoil my credit rates in CIBIL.
At last ISSUED ME NEW NOC AND REMOVE MY OUTDUE FROM CIBIL WITHIN 2 DAY.
