Recently My sis has gone to Bata Shoes Showroom opposite to Relief Cinema Ahmedabad to buy white sports shoes for her school with my grandfather & they have given wrong size & even not given the bill & when me my sister & my mother went to change that they said without bill we will not exchange inspite they have not provided the bill than some how they got ready & when they brought the size smaller that the size which we brought it was for lower price & before they said its for the same price only & than when i said its very obvious price would be less as size is smaller than they utter that ya 50 rs difference & they were not giving the money back & forcing us to buy something for rupees 50 & when we denied than they started shouting & telling we will not give you any shoes not yours & not smaller size….so bad customer service so i hope you people take some step against them…really looking forward for your help.
