Dear Sir/Madam,
I Nikhil Kotibhaskar had booked a trip to Hong Kong Macau Schenzen. dated on 30.04.2012, but due to Passport not receivable on time, i asked to amend the dates or to keep the money as a deposit.
But now they claim that Rs.50000/- is not refundable as they have taken as Cancellation charges.Rs.50000/- is not a small amount, and now they call me everday and ask to pay more money as cancellation fees.
I asked them to give cancellation details but they claim they cannot give from the office.
I am suffering a lot and want my money back.
