Hi, I don’t know wat do to do? The airtel service is really very bad… they are keep on taking money from my account, without informing, six months they called for caller tune and they took the 200 rupees caller tune. they said this is for one year, here after we won’t take any amount. they promised. after that one month back, they took 15 rs in ma account. i called them, they said, this is for 90 days renewal. after that i put the plan for 225 for 3 months package, with out informing, they are changing plan. they didn’t send any single message. i put 26 monthly sms pack, 1 month got finished. now with out my confirmation they took the money from my account. i called them, they said 3 days back they have send sms to me for renewal for this sms package. but i didn ‘t receive any sms. after called they send sms to me… seriously i am feeling very bad. because of this service. i don’t know why they are taking money, with out my confirmation, while getting growth, they called each and everytime. but now they didn’t give any respect. please help me. 100% waste… Please Help…
