Keep getting calls on my phone for postpaid upgrade

Location/place: bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata Photon

I am keep getting calls from Tata Photon to upgrade to postpaid. My number is in DND and i already raise a complaint to not to call me. But still i m getting calls. last call i got from 08050912966.

Please let me know, how can i stop this.
