I bought a Tata Manza Aura Quadrajet from KB Motors Kolkata This 4th july 2012. I found with dismay that the Insurance amount charged and paid by me was Rs. 27284/- while the policy shows the premium paid was Rs. 18455/-. So an excess amount has been charged of Rs.8829/-. It is really painstaking to observe that reputed Tata Motors Dealers are cheating their customers and damaging the goodwill of the company.
