Name of company/service: Reliance Communication/Mobile Broadband Service
Last Month I purchased a prepaid 3G connection from Reliance Communication. The purchase price was Rs 600/= and the MDN no of the 3G SIM is 09692109697. According to this plan I will get 6GB for 3 months (2GB each month). The first month I got 2GB data from Reliance. After the completion of 1st month period (30days) I noticed that my 3G connection is not working, so I contacted the local customercare office of Reliance Communications at Fortune Tower in Chandrashekharpur, Bhubaneswar. One of the officials asked me to call by the toll free no. 198. So accordingly I made a dial to 198 from the said number 09692109697. But it was shocking for me when I heard from the customercare executive Mr Sushant that my GPRS account has no prepaid balance of data (that means 2GB for the second month) particularly when I did not consume any data from my 2nd months quota. I asked him to lodge a complaint….he told that he has done it and the complaint no will go to my registered alternative mobile number (for contact : 9583675133). But till now I have not got any such sms quoting my complaint number. That means Reliance Communications is doing totally a cheating business. I have heard from the market this is happening with most of the customers in the market. I have also thought of making this matter informed to TRAI and to be shared through blogs and facebook. Atleast people should let know the cheating mentality of Reliance Communications. Hope your house will help me in this regard to solve the problem at earliest.
