joining letter and identity proof not issued by company

Name of company/service: Softrak Infosolution pvt ltd.

As per conducted interview by company dated on 27-11-2011, selected me according to my work experience and qualification ,as a software developer from date 16-12-2012 to present.
I also was 2 year experience as a software developer before joining the company.The company neithter providing my joining letter and identity proof nor relieving letter.The company’s HR and managing director now abusing and prentding me.
please help me.
