Jabong is fooling the customers

I placed an order ( 180512369929937) from Jabong on 12th of May and the product was expected to be delivered by 18th of May. The order was delayed due to some technical issues and now the order has been automatically cancelled . I tried to reach the customer care but they are just raising complaint and are not trying to resolve the problem. Also I paid the amount through my HDFC card so as to avail cashback but now that is also denied. All of my time, Energy and Money were wasted in talking to the customer care executives who never provided me any kind of service. I have been continuously following up with the customer service but I am just receiving their apology mails and compensatory coupons of 10% but I seek no resolution on same. I kept my patience and waited for long time but there is no solution out for this. I have paid for the product and expected a good service but Jabong dissatisfied me. Jabong is disturbing me mentally as I have purchased the product with my hard earned money. I never faced such a bad situation with any other online shopping sites. Other companies have given me the best service with the satisfactory product but with Jabong my experience is bad. I am highly regretting for my purchase from Jabong. I wanted this to be escalated to higher level management as there is no progress of resolution.

At last I would request you to compensate me for the false commitments.
