Iyengar Bakery Chocolate Cake has an burnt smell

Name of company/service: Iyengar Bakery

I have taken an chocolate cake from Iyengar Bakery, opp to Reliance Fresh, 3rd Block, Koramangala, Bangalore. This cake has an burnt smell which can be felt while you eat it. When i asked about it they are saying this is the way it is being prepared & do what ever you want to.

    Hello sir,
    The road 3rd main road, sakamma gardens, basavanagudi, Bangalore requires a road jump on both ends of the road. But they did not do the job correctly.Thry have to put a hump on the other end also. I request them to complete the task asap.
