ITR-V not received but money was charged by Skorydov-myitreturns.com. Not responding to consumer complaints

Dear Skorydov – myitreturn.com,

I have not yet received my ITR-V even after 3weeks. I filed the return and made the payment on 10th July 2012. I had filed a request on your customer support page but got no response even after 1.5 weeks. You have no customer helpline to resolve the issues! I am very annoyed and frustrated by your service.

Please send me the ITR-V at the earliest or atleast respond to the request with the current status, so that I can file my return at some place else.
