I have purchased Karbonn smart tab from www.naaptol.com by online shopping and i got it on 11th June but from very first day i started facing many problems on it and finally after 2-3 days it stopped functioning , then i called naaptol customer care on 09223516148 and inform them about all problems and after numbers of calls they agreed to replace it and according to their instructions i sent it back to their address by courier and also sent a scan copy of courier receipt to given email address.
And finally they confirmed that they got the returned product and assured me that i will get new product within 15 days, but after that i am continually chasing them and called them more than 15 times but every time they have single answer like “you will get it in next 7 day / we will send it very soon” and whenever i ask them to give a call to their manager they answer like manager is busy or he is out of desk..Now it’s more than one and half month and they are still saying that “you will get it in next 7 days / we will send it very soon” and it seems to going to end less.
Sir i found myself cheated, frustrated and helpless and consumer forum is the only hope which is left with me.
