I bought a new beetel mobile GD-777 from home shop18 on 10th of april, i checked and found there is lot off issue in mobile,
like echo, audio jack etc. i submitted my mobile in nehru place, beetel service center [ Eccelenza service pvt. ltd. 204-205 2nd floor madhuban
builduing 55 nehru place, new delhi-19] on 13th of april and they told me that you can collect in 3-4 days,
i called after 4-5 days and they said you can receive your cell but when i went there they told me that it’s in pending condition, still i did not
receive i called to service center many times but everytime they told that they did not receive part and i called to beetel customer
care 4-5 times and they told the same thing then dont have parts, again i called to service center on friday mr. kapil was there he said they are
escalating this issue to head office and i asked how much time it will take but they dont have any idea i did not use my beetel mobile even a single day.

i would really appreciate if you resolve this issue ASAP.
