At 9:30 am on 08-12-2012 i did some rearrangment of tikona hardware and due to that i got problem ” network cable unplugged”.
Then immediately i called tikona customer care and registered a complaint, the lady who answered my call is very helpful and registered a complaint. Later i changed the hardware and now it is working fine. I got good reponse from AMIT, when i cancelled my complaint.
I am sorry for the inconvenience cuased.
