I, Soumya Das ,an Aircel customer(9851150225) is facing trouble while surfing internet using Aircel’s 3g plan of Rs.128.The company are saying that they will provide a speed of 128 kbps in the range of internet from 500 mb to 5 gb.But when I am downloading any content,I am getting an average speed of 11-14 kbps in that upper told range.
I have contacted with Aircel Customer care in internet department on 6th june 2012.They took my complain and provided me the complain number 1-8576494919 and asked me to wait for 72 hours.On 08.06.2012 Aircel sent me that my problem has been resolved.At that moment facing the same problem once more I contacted with customer care and surprising me they told that inspite of sending that sms my problem was not resolved by them.Then on 14th june 2012 I contacted with Aircel kolkata regional head Sirshendu Sinha Chaudhuri and told my problem.Today is 18th june but any kind of assistance I have not received till now.
What a lier’s company Aircel is.
