Subject: Prayer for providing mutation of flats of Puspanjali apartment
We the resident of Puspanjali apartment, beg to inform you the following few lines for your kind attention. We can not provide the flat’ tax as mutation of flat not done. Salient feature of flats/building as follows.
1.Sanction plan no. 386/XII/05-06 dated 16/06/2005
2. Ward no. 107; Borough no. XII
3.Assessee no. 31-107-11-0023-0
4. No. of flats- 8 + 2 shops at front
5. Premises no 23, P Majumder Road, Kol-78
6. Police station Kasba; J.L. no. 13; Drawing no. 3293; khatian no. 849. Within KMC Kolkata 700078.
We are residing in this flats/building since 2006/2007. But we can not deposit flat taxes to the corporation as the mutation providing file has returned so many times because of assessee no. not matching with the computer system for which reason is unknown. However as per the version of the officer of Santoshpur KMC office, the premises no 23 has been wrongly deleted from the system.
Under the above circumstances it is hereby requested to take up our complain & help us to proceed the mutation process.
