Sir, my tata sky coustmer I.D. is “1067991883” and the registered phone no. is “+918986881152”. On 26th june 2012 we had recharged our tata sky with amount of Rs550, as per there plan I got bonus of Rs200, net balance showed was correct.
But on all the channels a window of “urgent pyament reminder” is still continuosly coming in the middle of the screen. Under the above heading they are also mentioning “Payment overdue recharge today to avoid deactivation and temporary suspension fee”. Because of this I am not getting a proper service but my account balance is going down.
I complaint tata sky coustmer services about this more than four times from the registered phone no. but there is no change. So finally I have to lodge a complaint to get rid of this problem and to get my money back.
