The staff at IIT post office is very irresponsible towards their duties. They return important letters without any reason and without maintaining any record of it. When I asked the Head of post office at IIT kanpur the reason why he has returned back my PAN card and admit card he replied me show me the proof that we have return your letter. I asked him to show me the letter return return register then he replied me that they didn’t maintain any such kind of register. what does this behavior shows? are they doing their duties well. please take appropriate action. thank you
