I have booked an IPTV connection with airtel on 14/06/12 .. The behaviour of each and every customer service executive has been pathetic and faulty.
I have wasted almost 2 days and numerous calls but still my connection is pending.
Niether do they have correct consumer care nos. nor they revert the mails..
The executive who booked the connection is faulty in his service and is not responding.
Looking forward for some strict actions against consumer exploitation.
