Respected Sir,
I am a customer to INDANE GAS COMPANY whose DISTRIBUTOR in my area is L.V.REDDY GAS SERVICE. My consumer no. is 14980. I was delivered a faulty cylinder which leaks on applying the regulator, I came to know of this on 12-8-2012. Sir the delivery challan clearly mentions the no. +919963240022 as the no. to be contacted in case of emergency (off working hrs even on sundays). But inspite of repeated calls the phone no. was always switched off. I tried a few other no.s(on the challan) but they refused to provide me any service as it was a Sunday. The DISTRIBUTOR’s office telephone was also unanswered (040-27750715) . Please see to it that stern action be taken on the culprits.
