This is regarding the worst and worst service from beam fibre also neglegence towords customers i have been facing problems every month from the time of taking beam fibre connection. The connection is beeing disconnected once or twice every month and after logging a complaint i will receive and reply from the beam fire that within 24 hrs the problem could be resolve but never it happened it takes approxmately 3 day to resolve the issue that to with regullar follow up and the main thing is that when i contact the helpdesk team on number 040-66272727 and ask them to contact the next level team i receive and reply stating that there is no manager or next level team.
