TATA DOCOMO SIMPLY DEDUCTED Rs 58 FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR INTERNET DATA BROWSING EVEN WHEN MY NUMBER WAS ACTIVATED WITH FREE DATA NET PACKS. FURTHERMORE, THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE JUST SCOUNDRELS, TREATING CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY ARE DOING SOME FAVOR ON THEM. AFTER COMPLAIN THEY TOLD THEY WILL PROVIDE THE DATA USAGE DETAILS AFTER 4 HOURS, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET, LITERALLY. I THINK THERE CLOCK STOPPED WORKING. RUBBISH CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. CHEATER COMPANY.

    I am also facing like this kind of problem from tata docomo. when i called to customer care service they don’t known any thing. simply they saying every time, “we will send your queries to backend team or it will clear within 3 hrs or server down” . i don’t know it is an your slogan and what the use of customer care service.. so simply i switched over to another network. I think tata docomo playing.
