As per your executive commitment delivery @ Ottanchatram door step .
Today i got a call from your Ottanchatram and asked me pay for a local delivery charge .
Otherwise he said wont deliver the material .
So i decided to return the material .
Please kindly arrange to return my money as soon possible .
Please teach your executive to intract the customer in good manners ..
We never seen like this customer bad intraction in market still we are doing a business ..

I had spend my time to choose the material everything waste .
If you are not able to complete your commitment Please do not sale the material ..
I wont recommend anyone to buy a goods from like this stores …
