Name of company/service: Reliance Energy
I live at Chincholi Fatak Malad, Mumbai with my sister. Both of us are working professionals and are out of house weekdays from 8.30am to 8pm. We hardly use electronics. Inspite of this we got a bill of Rs.2200 in May and Rs.1800 in June 2012. I made repeated complaints to customer care and as expected got no response from them. Nobody from Reliance energy even bothered to check the meter(faulty). I also asked them to check for our previous years’ bill and never before we got a bill higher than Rs.1100(in summers).
Their service and officers are extremely lousy, sad and harassing.
Please help to sort it out.
