Hi Sir, Through IRCTC online booking of e-ticket is failing most of the times. we requested the Team to look into this issue ,but still site behavior is same. Site is very slow and amount will be deducted from respective banks for e-ticket. IRCTC people are wasting customers money and time. So i request you to please take necessary action against them. If the site reaches the maximum transaction handling capacity why it is allowing to book a ticket. Many customers like me are facing similar problem. As a indian i am really shamed about this SITE.
