I have applied for IPTV connection(Ref No. on 11.06.2012 and deposited an amount of Rs. 1750 and I was assured that the instruments shall be installed and activated by 13.06.2012.
Today when I am writing this mail, neither the instruments have been installed nor any one bothers to update regarding the status.When contacting the concerned only fake assurances WERE being given and mostly my calls are not being taken.
Please look into the matter as the callous attitude of Airtel’s representatives Mr. Shiva (Mobile no.-9818075153)had put me in great inconvenience as I have recently moved to this new place
Besides I had to purchase diffrerent modules for internet ,a mobile sim and I am without a TV connection .
Airtel has been the worst experience since I moved to NOIDA.
