Dear All,
Please do not ever buy IP TV services from airtel, as they do not have services to backup the same.
My phone no is 0120-4298122, and my IP TV is not working for last 4 days and nobody from airtel is bothered to recify the problem.
I have not been getting any response from airtel customer service, and the last reply we got from airtel is when they will get the set top bos, they will rectify the problem, as per them it might take upto 10 working days.
One of the worst customer service i have ever seen.
