I have booked Air ticket vide PNR No. 03NVER through goibibo.com. As per the promotional offer, there was free transport by EASYCAB of Rs 500 after using promocode EASYCAB. I have used the same promocode while booking. After so many calls to customer care I have received EASCAB voucher mail providing web link to book a CAB online. I have not used EASYCAB Airport transport voucher while going from Delhi to Nagpur. But when I have tried to book a EASYCAB to use promotional offer of free Airport transport voucher on my return journey on 27.05.2012, it was not allowing me book the same. The matter was brought to notice to your booking agent by calling on customer care No. 09213025552. After many calls to customer care No. 09213025552, goibibo agent has only given me false assurance of matter will be solved within hour, however no action was taken from goibibo end and provided a proper valid voucher. During the last hour talk with goibibo agent during 8PM to 10PM on 27.05.2012, goibibo agent has assured to reimburse of Rs. 500 if I use a EASYCAB for transport from Airport. I have used EASYCAB to travel from Airport to residence vide bill no. 6899 of Rs. 615.00. goibibo are requested several times to reimburse of Rs. 500 at the earliest.
But till now no actions from IBIBO. I feel cheated by goibibo being their regular customer. I have lost call charges at goibibo faulty service.
