I have purchased a TATA PHOTON PLUS before 2 year for my online coaching. But, after sometimes, I didn’t have a requirement of this modem. So I have permanently disconnected services of this modem. But now i have some requirement of this modem for net accessing. So i have given a application for this at Tata Outlet RDC Ghaziabad on dated May 16, 2012. But Tata Indicom has stopped the services of this modem in May 23, 2012 without any information at my number or at my email id while i have already updated my contact number on dated May 17, 2012 using Tata Customer Care Number 1800 266 121. And due to this unconvinced i have suffered from a loss of 2000. And there is big mistake by Tata indicom they didn’t contact me in a period from May 23, 2012 to May 29, 2012. Tata Indicom calls me at May 29, 2012 as a Welcome Call while they already know that my Tata Photon Connection has been terminated temporary. And now they send me a bill of 160 on dated Jun 12, 2012. If a person has a authority of this he can immediately terminate the connection without any information then he should have this authority also he can resume my connection immediately on my request at outlet.
