Hi Team, I want to lodge my complaint for Internet connection for ISP (Tikona Digital Network). It is more than one month after many mail and phone calls i am not getting resolution of my problem . The Internet speed which i am getting is very less which was mentioned in my plan , i have tried to contect tikona customer care but not got any response.
Looking forward to you give me some idea how can i solve my problem
