Dear Sir/Madam,
Internet is not working at my home for past 6 days. I have raised complaint to Beam Telecom customer care on 8th July.
I have called 10 times so far. They promised to me to resolve the issue in 24hours. One technician came to my house once, he did something and told me he will come back in 15min. He never turned up never again till today morning.
They have not resolved issue till now.
Its been so frustrating to talk with them regularly.
