My Internet is not working w.e.f 2nd May 2012. Inspite of lodging 50 to 60 times complaint to Airtel customer care cente, it is still same. My first complaint was lodged onn 09.05.2012 vide their reference no.15522734 and today’s complaint reference no is 17033708. Every time getting assurance from them that this will start working with three days. I spoke their noddel Mnanger and Senior Manager also. Same type of assurances were given by them.Because of this I am loosing my businees also, which cost me a lot. Plus under whom’s authority they have terminated my Internet services without informing us. All my dues are cleared on regular basis without any delay.
